No subscription. No hidden fees.
When you pay
Creating an account and designing your invitation is free. When you are ready to share it with your guests, you publish it with a one-time payment of €35. There is no subscription and no recurring fee, and each invitation is paid for separately.
Guest photos
You can add guest photos to a published invitation for €29, paid once per event. Guests scan a QR code and send photos and videos, up to 30 GB in total. Uploads stay open until 30 days after the event, and everything is permanently deleted 60 days after the event, so download them in time.
After your event
RSVPs close when the event day begins. After the event day the invitation is archived: guests can still open it and you can still view and export your guest list, but it can no longer be edited.
Payment and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, calculates any applicable taxes and issues your invoice.
Refund policy
If you are not happy with Belour, you can get a full refund within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. A refunded invitation is unpublished. If you get a refund for guest photos, guests can no longer send photos; the ones already sent stay available until the regular deletion.
To request a refund, look up your order at paddle.net or write to support@belour.app from the email address you paid with. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller, to your original payment method under the Paddle refund policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
