Can I try Belour for free?
Yes. Creating an account and designing your invitation is free. You only pay when you are ready to publish it and share it with your guests.
How does pricing work?
One invitation costs €35, paid once when you publish it. No subscriptions or hidden fees – the price includes your invitation website, unlimited guests, RSVP management, guest groups, expense tracking and every other feature.
Can I use one payment for multiple events?
Each payment covers one invitation. If you need another invitation, for example for a different event, it is published with a separate payment of €35.
Is Belour only for weddings?
No. Belour works for weddings, birthdays and any other celebration. Pick a wedding or birthday starter design, or begin with a blank card and adapt it to your event.
Can I edit my invitation after publishing?
Yes. You can change the design, texts and event details until the event day, and guests always see the latest version. Your guest list and RSVPs stay unchanged.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No. You can add unlimited guests to your invitation. There are no restrictions on the size of your guest list.
How do guest groups work?
Guest groups let you organise guests into tables, families or any categories you like. Assign each guest to a group to plan the seating, then export the plan to PDF or Excel.
How does expense tracking work?
The expense tracker lets you log every event-related cost and see your total spend in one place, so you always know where your budget stands.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. Request it at paddle.net or by email to support@belour.app.
